Engineering Supervisor (Building)

As the Engineering Supervisor (Building) at Villa Haven, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the maintenance and repair activities related to HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems of the guest villas. You will ensure that all projects and maintenance activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with relevant standards and regulations. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

• A degree in mechanical, electrical, or a related engineering field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in building engineering maintenance and supervision, preferably in a luxury resort setting.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for maintenance management.
• Fluency in English..
