Engineering Supervisor (Civil)

As the Engineering Supervisor (Civil) at Villa Haven, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the maintenance and construction activities related to the resort's civil infrastructure, specifically focusing on carpentry, painting, and masonry works. You will ensure that all projects and maintenance activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with relevant standards and regulations. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

• A degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering maintenance and supervision, preferably in a luxury resort setting.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering systems and infrastructure, with expertise in carpentry, painting, and masonry works.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for maintenance management.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
