Working closely with the client and leading a team of 11, you will ensure engineering activities are allocated effectively, completed safely and delivered within agreed timescales.Role ResponsibilitiesSupervise engineering staff, allocate workloads and monitor performance.Manage hard services and building fabric maintenance activities.Ensure work is completed in line with KPIs, health and safety requirements, and Mitie's Quality Management System.Build strong working relationships with the client and attend approval meetings.Manage subcontractors and audit completed work orders.Review quotations, challenge costs...
