Engineering Supervisor (Utility)

As the Engineering Supervisor (Utility) at Villa Haven, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the maintenance and repair activities of the resort's utility systems. These include water supply, sewage treatment, power generation, and waste management systems. You will ensure that all utility operations are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with relevant standards and regulations. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

• A diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in utility maintenance and supervision, preferably in a luxury resort setting.
• Strong technical knowledge of utility systems, including water supply, sewage treatment, power generation, and waste management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for maintenance management.
• Fluency in English.
