Engineering Team Lead, Data Center & Networking (Remote)

AMS-IX is seeking a Team Lead – Engineering to guide a mixed senior/junior engineering group and the lab/storage staff. You will drive the implementation of upgrades to our network infrastructure and oversee performance reviews, capacity planning, and cost control.

The role combines leadership with hands-on engineering at a senior level, including 60% leadership and 40% individual contributor work, and requires strong English communication with Dutch as a plus.
