- Strong technical background with understanding of non-functional requirements
- Expertise in designing and implementing distributed microservices
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Expertise in highly cacheable RESTful APIs
- Deep understanding of real-time messaging patterns
- Experience with Kafka and RabbitMQ
- Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and Couchbase
- Working experience with observability practices for highly available systems
- Experience with Grafana and OpenTelemetry
- Experience coaching and mentoring people
- Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure
- Technical proficiency with .NET technology stack
- Working experience with AWS
