What you'll do
? Technical Direction: Define the standards, best practices, and technical design criteria for engineering.
? Solution Validation: Approve complex or critical technical decisions in the company's projects.
? Interdisciplinary Coordination: Guarantee perfect coherence between process, mechanical, electrical, and automation engineering.
? Expert-Level Support: Advise and support the bidding, commercial, and project management teams in technical defense before key clients.
? Regulations and Quality: Ensure compliance with international regulations, safety directives (PED, ATEX), and hygienic criteria.
? Team Development: Mentor, train, and raise the technical level of the department's engineers.
What we're looking for
? Education: Industrial, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent degree.
? Experience: Consolidated and demonstrable track record in the integral design of process plants and industrial installations.
? Knowledge: Expert mastery of process equipment, piping, instrumentation, control, and industrial regulations.
? Profile: High capacity for technical leadership, analytical rigor, and communication skills to defend complex solutions.
Nice to have
? We value: Experience in hygienic installations (pharma/food), batch processes, PED/ATEX regulations, and professional English.
