Summary
Manages asset management plans and integrates civil engineer activities for an Air Force base, coordinating maintenance and construction projects.

The primary purpose of this position is to ensure optimal resource decision are made and executed across civil engineer activities, ensuring data and information from all shops are applied to the applicable Assest Management Plan (AMP) and other investments and execurition plans.
Manages and executes Asset Management Plan (AMP)and/or Sub-Asset Management Plans for entire installation. Integrates and synchronizes Operations Flight workforce for preventative maintenance Integrates and synchronizes Operation Flight contract project development, review, construction, and integration and warranty management pertaining to respective portfolio
