Engineering Technician (Drafting)

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. Serve as the Advanced Modeling Lead.

Perform 3D solids modeling, including Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Civil Information Modeling (CIM) on multiple platforms.

Perform layout of complex equipment and features from very basic instructions from engineers.

Perform feature sizing based on general-principle and standard criteria.

Mentor others in the proper use of 3D Modeling, BIM, and CIM on multiple platforms.

Lead other Engineering Technicians (CADD Lead) in multi-discipline projects.
