ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN
Summary
Oversee facility maintenance, budget, and contract compliance for a U.S. Marine Corps barracks, ensuring repairs, quality assurance, and federal procurement regulations are met.
You will serve as a ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN in the Headquarters & service company of MARCORPSBARRACKS.
You will review pre-bid contract specifications for compatibility, assurance method and procedures, and prepare quality assurance plans.
You will be responsible for the effective management of the Facilities Maintenance Section budget, ensuring all purchases are made consistent with federal procurement regulations.
You will be responsible for the management and coordination of all activities relating to the physical operation, maintenance, and in house repairs and improvements of facilities.
You will investigate complaints from customers relative to service, damages, property loss, and other matters which involve the contract
You will review and evaluate requests for contact modifications and change orders.
