ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN

You will serve as an Engineering Technician in the Material Planning Branch (Code 224) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.

You will serve as a Material Planning Manager.

You will be responsible for managing the timely identification, ordering and successful acquisition of shop work related materials/services in support of non-nuclear industrial efforts.

You will be responsible for the planning and coordination of complex acquisition plans for multiple ship work projects in varying stages.

You will be responsible for the quality, timely material support in meeting the requirements of multiple availabilities of the most complex nature.

You will develop weekly ship material status report to show the Material Profile on assigned availability.
