About This Role
We believe people should love what they do. In this role you will be responsible for\:
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team during the design, development, test, and qualification phases of Department of Defense (DoD) programs
- Responsible for supporting engineers in the planning, setup, execution, and evaluation of DoD munition and sensor products
- Support test setup, conduct, and data collection activities for climatic and dynamic environmental testing, Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) testing, energetic device testing, system functional and performance testing, and product acceptance testing
- Responsible to maintain shock, vibration, thermal, sensor, and mechanical test equipment and procedures
- Responsible to maintain test laboratory & equipment
- Conduct assembly and inspection operations for complex explosive and electromechanical devices
- Support program, engineering, and external organizations during test planning, execution and reporting phases
- Test events will require 20% travel to off-site test facilities both locally and across the country
