What You'll do:

What You'll do:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via call, email, text and other contact platforms with professionalism and care.
- Assist customers with delivery scheduling, updates, delivery support, and in-home product support.
- Coordinate with delivery of drivers, stores, and internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
- Follow up with customers to ensure a positive delivery experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
- Help create a positive experience for every customer from start to finish.
Who are we looking for?
- 2-years of Contact Center Experience
- Experienced with CRM platform and similar software
- Enjoy helping people and providing exceptional customer service.
- Has strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Can stay organized while managing multiple tasks.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Is dependable, positive, and committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Are comfortable learning new computer systems and technology.
