English-speaking Customer Support Specialist | Digital Advertising | Lisbon, Portugal

Cross Border Talents is looking for an English-speaking professional who enjoys helping businesses solve problems and get the most out of digital tools.

In this role, you'll support small and medium-sized businesses as they navigate advertising products, troubleshoot issues and improve their experience with digital services.

Your day-to-day

• Support business customers via chat, email and phone.
• Help users navigate advertising tools and self-service products.
• Provide assistance before and after the purchase of advertising services.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and explain product features.
• Handle challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism.
• De-escalate difficult situations and help customers find practical solutions.

What we're looking for

• English proficiency at C1 level or above.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• An empathetic, helpful and team-oriented attitude.
• The ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn new tools and processes.

Work details

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal
• Work model: On-site
• Schedule: 40 hours per week, with rotating shifts; the specific schedule will be confirmed during recruitment.
• Training: Approximately 8 working days, delivered in English.
