What You'll Do

• Deliver a friendly, professional customer experience on every contact

What We're Looking For

• Fluent English (C1 level or above), written and spoken
• Currently living in Lisbon or the greater Lisbon area, with the legal right to work in Portugal
• Available for rotational shifts, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Sales, call center, customer service, or retail experience is a plus, but no experience is required. Full training is provided.
• Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and resilience
• Comfortable with computers and learning new systems
