The job

As an English-speaking Sales Department Shift Manager in the sales and customer acquisition sector, you will be responsible for leading sales operations during your shift while ensuring high performance, motivation and operational efficiency across the sales floor.

You will manage Team Leaders and sales teams in a dynamic, international and target-driven environment. The role combines leadership, performance management, operational coordination and reporting responsibilities.

Your daily work will include tasks like these:

  • Managing daily shift operations and ensuring sales targets are met

  • Motivating and supporting Team Leaders and sales agents

  • Monitoring KPIs, sales performance and daily development

  • Conducting morning briefings with updates, targets and performance reviews

  • Managing CRM and telephony systems, quotas and operational tools

  • Coordinating with departments such as HR, compliance and monitoring teams

  • Handling performance reporting and escalation processes

  • Planning competitions, incentives and promotional activities

  • Supporting training initiatives and team development

  • Monitoring discipline, professionalism and operational procedures

  • Preparing performance feedback reports for Team Leaders

  • Reporting directly to senior management and office leadership

Your qualifications

  • You are fluent in English. Italian, Polish or Swedish are considered a strong advantage.

  • You have proven experience managing and motivating high-performing sales teams.

  • You are experienced in tracking KPIs and presenting performance results to senior management.

  • You thrive in target-driven sales environments and can handle pressure effectively.

  • You are a confident communicator with strong leadership abilities.

  • You are organised, solution-oriented and proactive.

  • You are comfortable managing multiple teams and coordinating across departments.
