Enrolled Nurse
About the Role
Wesley Mission Queensland is seeking a Casual Enrolled Nurse to join our Supported Disability Accommodation (SDA) team.
This hands-on clinical role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care within small, shared home environments where people with disabilities are supported to live independently and with dignity. Rather than working in a large residential or hospital setting, you will build meaningful relationships with participants living in their own homes, providing tailored clinical support that reflects their individual needs and goals.
As a Enrolled Nurse specialising in High Intensity NDIS supports, you will work with participants with complex needs, including enteral feeding, catheter and bowel care, tracheostomy and ventilation support, dysphagia management, and other specialised interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Develop, implement, and review care plans
- Medication management and oversight
- Administer PEG medications
- Supervise and support care staff
- Ensure safe, compliant, and person-centred care
- Contribute to staff training and clinical guidance
- Manage high-acuity, complex clients with increasing clinical fragility
What We Offer

- Flexible shifts to support work-life balance
- Free, secure on-site parking
- Ongoing training and development
- Supportive and collaborative team culture
- Opportunity to work with a values-driven not-for-profit
