Join Our School Community

Our Beginning School and MOAI School are Reggio Emilia-inspired early childhood schools serving children from infancy through Pre-K. Each school has its own identity, and both share a commitment to respectful relationships, thoughtful learning environments, and meaningful partnerships with families.

We seek someone who brings the warmth of a family partnership professional, the initiative of an enrollment strategist, and the integrity of a trusted school leader.

The Joy and Purpose of This Work

Imagine welcoming a family with their first infant, helping parents feel confident about their child's earliest school experiences, and watching that child grow into a curious, capable preschooler. You will build lasting relationships, collaborate with dedicated Teacher-Researchers, bring creative ideas to life, and help families find a community where their children can thrive.

Your contributions will be reflected not only in the families you welcome, but in the relationships, you build, the initiatives you develop, and the community you help strengthen.

What You Will Do

  • Guide family inquiries, tours, admissions, and enrollment across both schools with warmth and responsiveness.
  • Build trusted relationships with prospective and enrolled families; coordinate welcoming experiences and family engagement activities.
  • Initiate marketing, outreach, and community partnerships to support enrollment goals.
  • Work with Teacher-Researchers and the Pedagogical Team to communicate each school's educational approach authentically.
  • Track inquiries, follow-up, enrollment progress, and opportunities for improvement; share recommendations and results with the Founder.
  • Take initiative, exercise sound judgment, follow through independently, and keep the Founder appropriately informed.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Early Childhood Education, Education, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • Required: Experience in enrollment, admissions, marketing, family engagement, community outreach, or relationship management.
  • Required: Genuine enjoyment of young children and commitment to an educational setting serving infants, toddlers, and preschool/Pre-K children.
  • Required: Strong communication and organizational skills, integrity, initiative, sound judgment, and independent follow-through.
  • Strongly preferred: Direct experience with young children (birth through age five or six) and their families, especially in an early childhood school or related setting.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Reggio Emilia or relationship-centered early childhood practices and experience in enrollment marketing or community partnerships.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay: $29.00–$34.00, based on qualifications and experience. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position.

  • 100% employer-paid employee medical, dental, and vision coverage for eligible employees working at least 35 hours per week.
  • Paid time off; 11 paid holidays, including Christmas Day and New Year's Day within the paid winter break; and paid winter break.
  • 401(k) retirement program and professional development opportunities.
