Enrollment Representative- Pharmacy

Daily Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for calling patients and signing them up for pharmacy services. These patients are brand new to the company and have filled out a form at the clinic, online, etc because they are already interested.
- This representative is essentially confirming that the patient would like to sign up for the specialty pharmacy/mail order services
Hours for this Position: Monday - Friday, 11a to 8p
Pay Rate: $15.00/hr + Bonuses

- Telesales/call center experience
- Soft skills- must be professional and presentable
- Optimistic, customer focused attitude!
- Understanding of meeting metrics and sales goals, and need to be driven with a desire to meet those goals
- Bilingual Spanish/English- REQUIRED
