Enrollment Service Representative

At Venture Global Solutions, a U.S.-based company, we are looking for a Customer and Sales Representative to deliver outstanding customer experiences, drive revenue growth, and build long-term relationships with our American clients. This on-site position in Barranquilla, Colombia offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a company that values innovation and excellence in the U.S. market.

Location: Barranquilla, Colombia (On-site).

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (U.S. summer) / 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (U.S. winter)

• Engage with U.S.-based clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  
• Drive sales growth through proactive outreach, lead generation, and effective negotiation.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention
  
• Manage and update CRM tools to track interactions, follow-ups, and sales performance.
  
• Stay up to date with U.S. market trends and develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
  

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service.
  
• English proficiency: B2-C1 (mandatory) – You will interact with U.S. clients daily.
  
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills – You know how to close a deal!
  
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets.
  
• Experience with CRM tools
