Enrollment Specialist (Mental Health) - Bilingual Spanish/English (53899)
The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for supporting the onboarding and engagement process for newly assigned youth and families while reducing administrative burden on Care Managers and promoting timely, accurate, and compliant documentation practices. The Enrollment Specialist serves as a central point of coordination during the initial enrollment phase and assists with ongoing operational tasks related to releases, engagement efforts, and data management.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial outreach calls to newly assigned youth and families to support engagement and onboarding into services. Coordinate and schedule initial face-to-face meetings between families and assigned Care Managers and complete initial intake and safety screening questionnaires in accordance with agency procedures and escalation protocols
- Obtain and compile existing supporting documentation for newly enrolled youth, including custody documentation, educational records (IEP/504 plans), psychological or psychiatric evaluations, and other relevant records, in accordance with agency consent and release procedures and verify and update demographic and enrollment information within agency systems, including CYBER and other electronic platforms as required.
- Educate and support families regarding required enrollment forms and agency processes, including coordinating additional meetings or support calls when needed and provide families with initial enrollment documentation, consent forms, releases of information, and related materials through approved electronic platforms, including DocuSign
- Monitor completion of enrollment paperwork and releases of information and follow up with families and Care Managers regarding outstanding documentation
- Manage document and administrative processes including: no-contact communication, diagnosis mapping, documentation organization and related data management within electronic systems
