Enrollment Technicians
Day to Day Duties/Summary of job:
- Receiving those forms/requests and calling/following up with the patients to receive the final "yes" from them about getting their prescriptions set up through DaVita Rx
Minimum Education/ Licensures/Qualifications
- 1+ year(s) of experience as a Registered Pharmacy Technician in Texas (no disciplines on file). Will also accept a Tech in Training!
- MUST be Bilingual Spanish
- Good customer service
- Sales knowledge—minimum experience: someone who is familiar with ‘upselling’. This includes retail, call center, even someone that has a background from a grocery store. Think- when the grocery store clerk tries to get you to donate $$ for a certain cause that they are supporting. Or in retail, when the associate tries to get you to sign up for the store credit card!!
- Strong medication knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills (listening, oral, and written)
- Personality & culture fit are very important!
