Monitor schedule performance and recommend adjustments to optimise class mix, timing, and age‑group distribution across studios.
Strategic Collaboration
Work in close collaboration with the General Manager and Studio Operations Leads to develop, refine, and execute enrolment strategies across all studios.
Align sales initiatives with operational capacity, class availability, and studio-level priorities.
