Enterprise Account Director
hc1 is seeking an enterprise sales expert with experience in Precision Medicine and/or Life Sciences. The Enterprise Account Director will be instrumental in driving the sales process and contribute directly to the company’s growth strategy. Call points include large hospital systems, independent labs, physician group practice labs and VA’s.
As an ideal candidate you’ll have executive sales experience within the healthcare provider network, healthcare data solutions, and/or clinical lab data. You'll thrive in a high-growth environment and have a proven ability to affect deal velocity and close new business. Your contributions will directly impact our revenue, helping us grow to a $100+ million business.
What you’ll do:
- Identify and target potential healthcare organizations, including hospitals and health systems to promote our software and professional services solutions
- Conduct assessments, financial analysis, and product demos to showcase how our software and standard clinical consulting services can improve lab operations and patient care
- Create mid-range and short term business plans to support annual revenue growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key hospital/health system decision-makers and stakeholders within prospective and existing clients (c-suite)
- Align internal resources to address customer needs, ensure successful integration and adoption of selected solutions
- Coordinate and drive new business activities from start to finish, including the execution of contracts
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes impacting healthcare technology
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond
- National travel up to 50% of the time
- Complete other duties as assigned
