Enterprise Account Executive — AgentPass

Discussion

HYPR, the Identity Assurance Company, is redefining how enterprises establish trust in a world where identity is no longer just human.

For more than a decade, we’ve challenged the status quo in identity security—starting with one of technology’s oldest and most persistent problems: the password. Today, HYPR protects some of the world’s leading organizations and has established itself as a leader in Identity Assurance.

Now, we’re taking on what is already here.

AI agents, powered by increasingly capable frontier models, are rapidly becoming a new digital workforce—accessing critical systems, handling sensitive data, making decisions, and taking action across the enterprise. Companies are racing to deploy them at scale, but the identity, security, and governance controls required to do so safely haven’t kept pace. That creates a massive new security challenge—and an equally significant opportunity to define how enterprises establish trust for the next generation of autonomous AI.

That’s why we built HYPR AgentPass—to close that gap, providing the identity assurance and control layer enterprises need to securely adopt AI agents and frontier models at scale.

We’re looking for bold thinkers, builders, and relentless operators who want to help bring a new category of security to market. This is an opportunity to join HYPR at an inflection point and help define how the world’s largest enterprises establish trust not only for their people, but for the AI agents acting on their behalf.

If you want to help shape what comes next in identity security, come build it with us.

Your Role and Impact

HYPR is looking for a proven enterprise hunter to help launch HYPR AgentPass — our new agentic control plane that gives security and IT leaders the identity, enforcement, and accountability model they need to put AI agents to work safely. This is a ground-floor seat on a category-defining product: you'll be one of the first reps in the market, running point on conversations with CISOs and CIOs who are staring down a board-level mandate for autonomous AI and no controls to match it. You communicate an inspired vision and win over colleagues and customers alike. You're a self starter, a curious, confident closer, always probing underlying issues and suggesting broader solutions. You're energized — not intimidated — by selling something the market hasn't fully named yet, and you have the resilience and strategic instincts to build a pipeline, and a category, from scratch. You thrive in an independent model but also value collaboration, feeding what you learn in the field straight back into product and messaging as we shape AgentPass's go-to-market together.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for HYPR AgentPass from first outreach to signed contract — you're hunting net-new enterprise logos and building a pipeline essentially from zero, not maintaining a legacy book
  • Act as a founding voice of the AgentPass go-to-market — stay ahead of the agentic AI and identity security landscape, and feed real customer insight straight back to Product to shape the roadmap
  • Develop deep relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and security and identity leaders navigating how to govern AI agents inside their organizations
  • Expand HYPR’s channel and strategic partner programs. Identify, develop, and grow relationships with high-impact channel, technology, and strategic partners that can extend HYPR’s reach and create new paths to revenue
  • Forecasting revenue with predictable accuracy

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales (security, identity, or infrastructure software strongly preferred)
  • Experience managing a new business quota of $1.5M+
  • Track record of selling a new or emerging category, not just an established product line — comfortable when the market hasn't fully named the problem yet
  • Sold into C-level executives and/or security decision makers (CISO, CIO) at mid-sized to large enterprises
  • Strong communication & presentation skills, with the ability to perform high stakes product demos to a sophisticated audience
  • Ability to work in a flexible work environment
  • Travel percentage: As required
  • Familiarity with AI/ML, agentic systems, or identity & access management (IAM) a strong plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
