Enterprise Account Executive
About the Role
A fast-growing, Series A-backed AI SaaS company operating in the industrial procurement and supply chain intelligence space is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive based in Munich. This is a pivotal hire to drive expansion into large, complex industrial organisations across Germany — transforming strategic opportunities into signed contracts and building a repeatable, scalable enterprise motion.
You will engage C-level and senior stakeholders within the industrial Mittelstand, lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and serve as a trusted advisor who quantifies real business impact. The company is well-funded (Series A/B stage) and backed by top-tier institutional investors, with a growing customer base of recognised industrial names across Europe.
Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
What You'll Do
Acquire new enterprise customers and own complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement through contract signature.
Build and execute targeted account and pipeline strategies for a defined set of enterprise accounts.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior and C-level stakeholders, developing robust business cases that quantify ROI and strategic impact.
Lead executive demos, workshops, and negotiations; navigate procurement and legal processes to drive deals to close.
Refine messaging, positioning, and deal structuring to sharpen how the company wins enterprise customers.
Collect and relay customer feedback and market insights to Product and Leadership to improve the enterprise offering.
Coordinate across Product, Solution Engineering, Marketing, Customer Value, and Leadership to ensure successful deal execution.
Contribute to building enterprise playbooks, processes, and best practices for an upmarket motion.
Leverage AI tools to research accounts, structure deals, prepare executive conversations, and manage complex pipelines efficiently.
What We're Looking For
Must-have:
3+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS or complex enterprise software sales.
Proven track record in value-based selling with business-case-driven deals; typical ACVs of ~€80k or above (or comparable deal complexity).
Experience managing long sales cycles (6+ months) with multiple senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
Entrepreneurial ownership of territory, pipeline, and outcomes; comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Practical command of enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, SPICED) applied pragmatically.
Fluent German with strong executive presence in both verbal and written communication.
Nice to have:
Experience selling into industrial, procurement, or supply-chain-heavy organisations.
Startup experience or equivalent high-performance, high-complexity sales environments.
Familiarity with using AI to accelerate deal research, account preparation, and pipeline management.
Location
