As a trusted advisor to your customers, you'll take the time to understand their unique supply chain challenges and connect them with UPS SCS's industry-leading healthcare and cold-chain solutions.

This is a role for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and creating long-term value for customers. You'll have the freedom to grow your territory, develop existing accounts, and make a measurable impact on both customer success and business growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage international Healthcare customers together with the Enterprise Account Manager.
• Building new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical, biotech, med-tech, and clinical trial sectors.
• Developing strong relationships with key decision-makers and becoming a trusted partner to your customers.
• Understanding complex customer requirements around GDP compliance, temperature control, visibility, and security.
• Designing and presenting tailored freight forwarding and healthcare logistics solutions.
• Preparing proposals, RFQs, and commercial offers to win new business.
• Growing and developing existing customer accounts across air, ocean, and road freight services.
• Collaborating closely with operations teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Managing your sales pipeline, forecasts, and account plans through UPS systems.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout your territory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience or genuine interest in freight forwarding, healthcare logistics, supply chain, or temperature-controlled transportation.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required; French is a plus
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for delivering results.
• Flexibility to adapt to customer and business needs.
