Enterprise Account Executive
Mon Ami is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to help modernize life-sustaining services by managing complex sales cycles with government and large enterprise clients. You will own a dedicated territory, acting as the primary strategic partner for multi-million-dollar, long-term relationships with agencies such as State Departments of Aging and Departments of Health. You will manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial outreach and discovery to IT security reviews and procurement negotiations.
Responsibilities will include:
- Lead large, full-cycle sales deals from initial meeting through planning and final close
- Conduct deep-dive research into budget cycles, political priorities, and technical requirements of government buyers to position and advance deals
- Identify and meet with state leadership to understand evolving priorities, contract targets, and legislative hurdles
- Create tailored proposals and lead complex negotiations to secure long-term commitments for Mon Ami services
- Collaborate with Customer Support, Solutions Architecture, and Product teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions
- Maintain high data integrity within the CRM, tracking complex interactions and creating dashboards to report on territory health
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have 5+ years of experience in high-stakes enterprise, government, healthcare, or similarly complex sales, with a proven track record managing $500k+ contracts
- Are adept at navigating government procurement processes, including IT security reviews, legal departments, and procurement hurdles
- Possess strong analytical skills to perform deep investigative work into account structures, existing contracts, and budget cycles
- Communicate effectively with both frontline staff and executive decision-makers across organizational levels
- Are mission-driven and passionate about solving problems for public servants dedicated to improving the lives of older adults and people with disabilities
