Description

Title: Enterprise Sales

Location: Bay Area, California/ Remote (EST Preffered)

Reporting Structure: Director of Sales, Tom Williams

Overview:

Seel is an AI-powered platform that helps global brands and marketplaces transform post-purchase risks into growth opportunities through our compliance-first solutions. Seel is trusted by thousands of online merchants, from leading DTC brands to multi-billion-dollar marketplaces, enabling them to offer risk-free shopping experiences at no financial or operational cost. We're a Series B company headquartered in San Francisco and backed by tier-1 fintech investors like Lightspeed Venture Partners and Foundation Capital.

Quick facts:

  • Raised $24M from tier-1 fintech investors, including Lightspeed Venture Partners and Foundation Capital
  • Profitable Series B startup: 10x revenue growth in 2025, $120M+ ARR, and 3+ years of runway

Role Overview

Seel is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to source, run, and close some of our largest and most complex deals with global brands and multi-billion-dollar marketplaces. This is a high-impact individual-contributor role for a proven closer who has operated at a top-tier technology company and is ready to carry a large individual quota at a profitable, fast-growing Series B. You'll own the full deal cycle end to end, from first touch through close, and working directly with Seel's founders and sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, run, and close large, complex strategic deals ($3M+ in net new ARR, with $5M+ deals the goal)
  • Build and self-manage your own pipeline; source, run, and launch opportunities fast with a high degree of self-sufficiency
  • Sell to and navigate C-suite and senior decision-makers within Fortune 500 organizations
  • Maintain disciplined, accurate forecasting with strong pipeline visibility and early identification of deal risk
  • Use conversion and funnel data to prioritize accounts and continuously optimize your performance
  • Partner with sales leadership, product, and the founding team to sharpen positioning and win competitive deals
  • Help the Seel story resonate with customers and the investor community as the company scales
  • Ramp quickly on an established foundation, learn the process, take ownership, and drive improvement across your first 30/60/90 days

What We’re Looking For

  • 5-7+ years of enterprise / strategic sales experience carrying a large individual quota
  • Proven track record personally sourcing and closing multi-million dollar deals
  • Consistent top-decile quota attainment: a proven “hitter” with a strong personal earnings history
  • Polished executive presence and the ability to hold your own with senior, multi-stakeholder buyers
  • Disciplined forecasting and pipeline hygiene; fluent with a modern sales tech stack (CRM such as HubSpot, plus Gong and adjacent tools)
  • Thrives in a fast-growth, profitable Series B environment: moves fast, takes ownership, and operates well on an established foundation rather than building from zero
  • Motivated by meaningful equity upside and IPO potential
  • Experience across both large enterprises and high-growth startups (preferred)

Compensation & Structure

  • $300K OTE (50/50 base / variable split)
  • Meaningful equity in a profitable Series B startup
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Direct collaboration with founders and the early team
  • Remote-friendly, based in or around the Bay Area
