Enterprise Account Executive
The Role
You will work alongside the CRO to drive North America revenue growth… contributing to pipeline strategy, forecast accuracy, and quota attainment. You will shape go-to-market strategy and personally engage the market's most strategic accounts.
What You'll Work On
- Support our culture and align with O3’s values. Get in the trenches with the team and carry a bias-to-action
- Work closely with the CRO to create, prioritize, and execute strategic account plans.
- Personally lead the pursuit of marquee accounts, serving as executive sponsor and relationship owner at the C-suite and VP level.
- Carry and achieve an Enterprise quota to ensure growth in North America revenue and market objectives.
- Negotiate, finalize, and close enterprise agreements through to executed purchase order and contract.
- Stay deeply current on the AWP (and other deployment methodologies), capital project management, and industrial construction technology landscape to sharpen O3’s positioning.
- Partner with CRO to cultivate a high-energy, results-oriented team culture that reflects O3’s values—Built on Values, Driven by Results.
What We’re Looking For
Required
- 10+ years selling or consulting on enterprise software into complex B2B accounts. ERP, EAM, or project management platform experience preferred.
- You've lived the problem O3 solves. Hands-on experience with AWP, capital project delivery, or industrial construction technology is a strong advantage.
- Executive presence that earns the room. You engage and influence C-suite and VP-level stakeholders with credibility.
