Enterprise Account Manager
You will manage Adyen's largest enterprise merchants by building strong relationships with key merchant contacts. You will own and grow a portfolio of enterprise merchants, meet strategic and financial goals, and navigate merchant organizations to align stakeholders. You will provide strategic and consultative advice on global payments strategy, collaborate cross-functionally to communicate merchant needs and feedback, and deliver merchant projects while fostering a positive working environment with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise merchants, meeting strategic and financial goals
- Build strong merchant relationships and navigate their organizations to align external and internal stakeholders
- Provide strategic and consultative advice to influence and fulfill the global payments strategy of enterprise companies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate merchant needs and feedback, impacting product innovation and development
- Deliver merchant projects
- Foster a positive working environment and maintain good relationships with external and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working exclusively with Enterprise Accounts
- Full professional proficiency (written and verbal) in English
- Available to work 3 days in person in Morumbi/SP
- Proven commercial edge and entrepreneurial drive
- Strong business acumen and analytical abilities
- Ability to lead strategic payments conversations, present business reviews, and coordinate high level technical discussions
