Enterprise Account Manager

About the Role

This role sits at the intersection of customer strategy and AI transformation, owning a portfolio of enterprise accounts and driving retention, adoption, and expansion across a broad base of organisations. Working closely with Solutions Engineering and Product, you'll serve as a strategic partner to customers while also shaping what gets built next — a high-ownership position with direct, meaningful impact.

What You'll Do

  • Own a book of enterprise accounts and be accountable for renewal, adoption, and expansion outcomes.

  • Build structured account plans covering stakeholder maps, health assessments, growth opportunities, and risk mitigation.

  • Run strategic customer conversations — QBRs, executive business reviews, and proactive check-ins — grounded in data and measurable outcomes.

  • Identify and drive expansion across users, use cases, and deployment scope.

  • Navigate complex enterprise stakeholder landscapes: cultivate champions, manage blockers, and build multi-threaded relationships from end users to C-suite.

  • Build AI agents and automated workflows to manage your own book of business and systematically eliminate manual effort.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Sales to translate customer needs into product direction.

  • Serve as the internal voice of the customer while remaining aligned with company strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in an enterprise customer-facing role — Account Management, Customer Success, or consultative post-sales.

  • Proven track record driving adoption and expansion in complex, multi-stakeholder organisations.

  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in renewal and expansion conversations.

  • Hands-on experience building AI agents and automating workflows; comfortable discussing model selection, data privacy, and integration architectures with technical stakeholders.

  • Technical credibility sufficient to engage meaningfully with engineering and IT decision-makers.

  • Strategic, data-driven approach leveraging CRM signals, usage data, and health scores.

  • Fluency in German (C1+) and English — both are required.

  • Background at an AI-native company, in technical consulting, or at an early-stage startup is a strong plus.
