Enterprise Account Manager

Working Location: Media Circle

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned key accounts, understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions across products and services.

• Identify new business opportunities through account analysis, customer engagement and various sales channels.

• Drive sales from lead generation to closing, achieving monthly, quarterly and annual targets.

• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and C-level decision makers.

• Lead cross-selling and team-selling initiatives to grow account revenue.

• Develop winning strategies and participate in major RFPs and tenders.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide effective after-sales support.

• Monitor sales pipelines, account activities and results, and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales/account management experience.

• Strong sales-driven, resilient and results-oriented mindset.

• Excellent customer engagement, communication and presentation skills.
