Enterprise AI Deployment Strategist

ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist to work with Forward Deployed Engineers and GTM teams to deploy ElevenAgents across enterprise customers. You will synthesize workflows, identify critical problems, and define success metrics with the client.

You will own strategic deals, engage onsite with customers, and drive product adoption and measurable business outcomes while collaborating with researchers to improve our platform and models.

Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points in workflows powered by AI agents. Own flagship deals end-to-end—from use case to terms and closing. Embed inside strategic customers, spend time onsite, and own delivery outcomes. Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to implement them. Guide customers on best practices for deploying ElevenAgents for production readiness and adoption. Scope out applications in new industries and expand AI solutions globally. Present results and proposals to technical teams and executives. Collaborate with Research to feed field insights back into the platform. Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgents to customers. Collaborate daily with customers' engineering and executive teams to reach production. 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity. Experience in product development, delivery, and change management. Commercial instinct: comfortable with deal conversations, value propositions, and enterprise sales cycles. Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration to prototype and communicate with engineering teams. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to simplify complex concepts. Proven track record of ownership of complex, ambiguous projects. Adaptability to work across different industries and use cases. Technical aptitude and familiarity with common LLM, tooling and AI agent frameworks. Ability to map enterprise use cases to AI systems.
