Enterprise Application Developer (.NET / Dynamics 365 & AI Solutions)
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Systems: Develop and maintain internal business applications, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O / CRM) solutions, and business workflows. Troubleshoot issues and review code, including AI-assisted changes.
AI Solutions: Build and maintain solutions using Azure OpenAI, LLMs, OCR / Document Intelligence, and automated AI workflows.
Integration: Develop REST APIs, Web Services, and data synchronization processes connecting enterprise systems and cloud platforms. Perform testing, data migration, and validation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, IT, IS, ITM, or a related discipline.
Preferably 2+ years of hands-on experience in C# / .NET and SQL Server development.
Experience in either Dynamics 365 development/customization (F&O or CRM / Power Platform) or enterprise ERP/CRM system integration.
Interest in AI applications and willingness to use AI coding tools. Python or Azure OpenAI experience is an advantage.
Candidates with less experience but strong technical portfolios, GitHub projects, or proven end-to-end development experience are welcome.
