Enterprise Application Engineer (Java / Python) (K/M)
Czym będziesz się zajmować?
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain scalable enterprise applications and services using Java and Python.
- Build and support APIs, integrations and backend services connecting enterprise and manufacturing systems.
- Translate business, manufacturing and operational requirements into scalable application solutions.
- Work in the Production Engineering Division on greenfield manufacturing systems and digital transformation across the Pan-EU region.
- Full-time permanent employment, starting in autumn 2026.
- The role is based in Wroclaw/Walbrzych, Poland, with hybrid work requiring at least three days per week in the office and flexibility for travel.

Key requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science or a related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on production experience with Java and Python.
- Experience with microservices, layered architectures, databases, data modelling, APIs, data pipelines, testing and code reviews.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial or automotive environments.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, containerisation or orchestration.
- Good UI/UX awareness, strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Autonomous ownership from concept to implementation, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisation, multitasking ability and comfort working with large multinational, multilevel teams.
- Courage, collaboration, customer orientation, creativity and curiosity.
- Knowledge sharing and feedback through coaching colleagues.
