Enterprise Application Engineer

You will become part of the Production Engineering Division, responsible for implementing new systems into production lines. Our team specializes in manufacturing systems implementation for greenfield projects across the Pan‑EU region. Acting as a key partner for project teams and stakeholders. We drive the development of new systems for numerous areas and deliver robust, scalable solutions. Our mission is to create Factory of the Future base in line with Toyota DNA.

Role Summary:

We would like invite you to join the adventure of expanding TME PL branch and current PE organization by supporting of dynamic development of Toyota Digital HUB in Wroclaw.

As an Enterprise Application Engineer (Java / Python), you will design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications that support digital transformation and data‑driven operations across the organization. You will build robust applications, backend services and integrations using Java and Python, enabling reliable, scalable business and manufacturing applications. By delivering high‑quality, maintainable software solutions, you will support operational excellence, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications and services using Java and Python

• Build and support APIs, integrations, and backend services connecting enterprise and manufacturing systems

• Translate business, manufacturing, and operational requirements into scalable application solutions

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s (Data Science, Computer Science or related field)

• Fluency in English

• Hands‑on experience with Java and Python in production environments (Microservices, layered architectures, Db and data modelling, API’s, data pipelines, testing code reviews)

• Sense of good UI/UX

• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills

• Work autonomously, taking ownership from concept to implementation

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently

• Ability to cope with large multinational & multilevel teams

Other Requirements:

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial or automotive environments

• Knowledge of DevOps practices, containerization, or orchestration
