Enterprise Architect - Agentic AI
- Define, establish, and continuously evolve the Agentic AI Center of Excellence (CoE) charter, operating model, and multi-year roadmap in alignment with enterprise architecture and IT strategy.
- Develop and maintain enterprise-wide reference architectures, design patterns, and technical standards for Agentic AI, LLM orchestration, multi-agent systems, and intelligent automation.
- Partner with the Head of Enterprise Architecture to embed Agentic AI capabilities into the broader enterprise architecture blueprint, technology roadmap, and IT governance frameworks.
- Evaluate, select, and standardise Agentic AI platforms, LLM providers, orchestration tools, and supporting infrastructure across the enterprise.
- Define and enforce AI governance, risk management, and responsible AI guidelines for Agentic AI initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate policy requirements.
- Serve as the enterprise-wide advisory and architecture consulting function for business units and IT teams designing, building, or deploying Agentic AI solutions.
- Lead architecture reviews and approve Agentic AI solution designs for scalability, security, maintainability, and alignment to enterprise standards.
- Build and curate reusable Agentic AI frameworks, accelerators, reference implementations, and documentation to accelerate delivery across teams.
- Drive capability building, training programs, and a community of practice to grow Agentic AI maturity across the organisation.
- Track, measure, and report on CoE adoption, business value realisation, and technology maturity metrics to enterprise leadership.
- Coordinate with the Lead of Agentic AI (delivery team), AI-COE (CBS), IT Security, Infrastructure, and Data teams to ensure platform readiness and secure, scalable enablement of Agentic AI.
- Represent Agentic AI in enterprise architecture review boards, technology steering committees, and IT governance forums.
- Scan the external market for emerging Agentic AI technologies, vendors, and best practices; advise the Head of Enterprise Architecture and senior leadership on strategic opportunities and risks.
- Support the development of enterprise AI policies, ethical guidelines, and change management strategies for Agentic AI adoption.
