About the role:
- Lead the development and evolution of ARN's enterprise architecture, ensuring technology strategy aligns with business objectives and future growth plans.
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture principles, standards, governance frameworks and technology roadmaps.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to translate strategic priorities and operational requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Provide architectural oversight across projects and initiatives, ensuring solutions are secure, integrated and aligned to enterprise standards.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and vendor solutions, providing recommendations that drive innovation, efficiency and business value.
- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to support technology investment decisions and long-term planning.
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture artefacts, including current and future-state architectures, standards and decision records.
- Drive continuous improvement across ARN's technology environment, enhancing governance, integration, security and operational effectiveness.
About you:
- Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, technology strategy and designing target-state architectures across applications, data, integration, infrastructure and cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks and governance practices, including TOGAF, architecture roadmaps, standards and operating models.
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes and recommendations.
- Experience evaluating technology platforms and emerging solutions, balancing innovation, business value, security and long-term sustainability.
