Enterprise Architect
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to shape and govern our enterprise architecture across an international group of companies. This strategic role combines business and technology perspectives, ensuring that architecture supports business objectives while enabling scalability, security, operational efficiency, and long-term technology sustainability.
As an Enterprise Architect, you will define the target architecture, technology standards, and transformation roadmap across business, application, data, integration, infrastructure, cloud, and security domains. You will work closely with business leaders, IT teams, PMO, security, procurement, finance, and external vendors to ensure technology investments align with the organization's strategic goals.
You will also play a key role in reducing technology debt, improving standardization across the Group, and supporting informed investment and vendor decisions.
Key responsibilities:
Define and maintain the enterprise architecture across business, application, data, integration, infrastructure, cloud, and security domains.
Develop target architectures, technology roadmaps, architectural principles, standards, and reference models.
Establish architecture governance processes, conduct architecture reviews, and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
Support business and technology transformation initiatives by providing architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Evaluate technology investments and solution designs, considering scalability, security, integration, technical debt, risks, and total cost of ownership.
Collaborate with PMO to assess project portfolios, review business cases, and support prioritization of strategic initiatives.
Drive architectural consistency across the Group while balancing global standards with local business and regulatory requirements.
Identify opportunities to simplify the technology landscape, reduce system redundancy, and improve operational efficiency.
Assess third-party solutions and support vendor selection, RFI/RFP processes, and technology governance.
Contribute to cloud strategy, integration architecture, API standards, automation initiatives, and technology modernization.
What we're looking for:
Several years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Technology Architecture within a complex, multi-country, or multi-entity organization.
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture disciplines, including applications, data, integration, cloud, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
Experience designing enterprise architecture, technology roadmaps, governance frameworks, and architectural standards.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience evaluating technology platforms, vendor solutions, and strategic IT investments.
Practical knowledge of ArchiMate for enterprise architecture modelling.
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, FEAF, or equivalent is considered an advantage.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to balance business priorities, technology strategy, risk, and cost.
