Requirements:- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise or Solution Architecture or Technology Transformation, including large-scale programme delivery
- Hands-on experience with GCP, Vertex AI, Gemini, and Agentic or Generative AI
- Customer Support or Contact Centre Operations experience (essential)
- Good understanding of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud, plus API-based enterprise integrations
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and in multi-vendor environments
- Desirable: Marketing Operations, Agentforce, Data Cloud, TOGAF, or Google Professional Cloud Architect or Salesforce Architect certifications
- Own target architecture, technology roadmaps, and transformation strategy across several programmes at once
- Work with client leadership to turn business goals into practical technology strategies
- Drive adoption of Agentic AI, Generative AI, and hyperautomation
- Support governance, architecture reviews, and executive decision-making

We are hiring an Enterprise Architect to lead change across Customer Operations, Marketing Operations, and AI-enabled business processes. You will advise clients, define future-state architecture, influence technology investment, and lead enterprise-scale AI adoption using GCP, Vertex AI, and Gemini.
