Devire IT Outsourcing is a form of cooperation dedicated to IT professionals, based on the principles of own business - B2B, implementing projects for clients running innovative and modern projects.

Our Client is a EU-related public sector organization currently seeking an Enterprise Architect to join their team.

  • Salary: 240-260 PLN/hour net + VAT (B2B)
  • Location: Warsaw/hybrid (40% on-site, 60% remote)
  • Language: communication in English daily

  • Minimum one certification such as: Open CA, Zachman Certified – Enterprise Architect, CISSP-ISSAP, ITIL v3 Master, CCBA or equivalent
  • Experience in the governance of architecture function
  • Proven experience in the role of Enterprise Architect within complex organizations
  • Hands-on experience in building Enterprise Architecture culture, standards and best practices across organizations
  • Strong expertise in enterprise and business architecture design
  • Good understanding of business process modelling, value streams and capability mapping
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture domains and maturity assessment frameworks
  • Experience with architecture and modelling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect, ARIS Architect or similar
  • Familiarity with architecture frameworks and standards including TOGAF, Zachman, Azure Well-Architected Framework or similar
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, computer science principles and enterprise technologies
  • Experience in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prepare documentation, studies, business cases, architectural visions and analytical models
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Leadership skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience working in international and multicultural environments
  • Ability to define and develop IT standards, governance and policies
  • Strong organizational, project management and time management skills
  • Ability to analyse organizational structures, business processes and IT landscapes to identify optimization and cost-saving opportunities
