Enterprise Architect

Salary: Great daily rate contract!

Our client is a global technology solutions provider delivering large-scale AI infrastructure, security and cloud programs for enterprise and public sector organisations. They are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead high-profile customer engagements.

You'll be the single technical voice to the customer, partnering with a delivery lead to drive outcomes on multi-phase programs spanning AI infrastructure, HPC, DC modernisation and hybrid cloud, with security embedded throughout.

What you'll do

• Own the technical direction of customer programs from discovery through to delivery, acting as the primary technical contact and internal escalation point
• Architect AI infrastructure solutions including GPU compute, high-performance networking and storage for AI/ML and HPC workloads
• Design hybrid and public cloud architectures
• Embed security across data infrastructure and AI platforms, including data protection, zero trust, cyber resilience and securing AI workloads
• Produce high-quality deliverables including designs, assessments, strategies, white papers and business cases
• Work with Sales on scoping workshops, solution design and statements of work, bridging pre-sales and delivery

Position requirements:

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure architecture preferably in consulting or professional services
• 5+ years as a Enterprise or Principal Architect (or equivalent)
• Experience designing AI infrastructure (e.g. GPU clusters, NVIDIA platforms, InfiniBand/RoCE, high-performance storage)
• Experience designing modern infrastructure (converged / hyper-converged, virtualisation, software-defined networking and storage)
• Public cloud architecture experience, preferably Microsoft Azure, including hybrid cloud integration
• Solid understanding of security across data infrastructure and AI, including data governance, identity, zero trust and AI risk
• Proven ability to present complex technical solutions to executive audiences, with excellent written communication
