Enterprise Architect

Summary

The Enterprise Architect will define and maintain the technology strategy for Heathrow Airport, ensuring alignment between business goals and complex, integrated systems. The role involves leading architectural governance, assessing emerging technologies, and collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive innovation and resilience.

Salary: £44,000 - 84,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in enterprise architecture within a large, complex organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or equivalent.
  • Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.
  • Expertise in designing and governing complex, integrated technology landscapes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities:
  • Define and maintain our enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with our business goals and technology roadmap.
  • Lead the development of architectural standards, principles, and governance processes to guide solution design and delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable technology strategies and roadmaps.
  • Assess emerging technologies and provide recommendations on their potential impact and value to our organisation.
  • Oversee the integration of systems and platforms to ensure interoperability, security, and scalability across the enterprise.
  • Provide expert guidance to solution architects and delivery teams, ensuring adherence to enterprise architecture principles.
