Project Description
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to join an international organization undergoing a large-scale digital transformation. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and governing the company's Enterprise Architecture across multiple business entities.
You will define the target architecture, establish enterprise technology standards, and create transformation roadmaps covering business capabilities, applications, data, integration, cloud, infrastructure, and cybersecurity. Your work will play a key role in driving digital transformation, standardizing the IT landscape, reducing technical debt, and optimizing technology investments across the organization.
- Several years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Technology Architecture within a complex international or multi-entity environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Enterprise Architecture principles and practices.
- Hands-on experience with ArchiMate for enterprise architecture modelling.
- Strong understanding of:
- Application Architecture
- Data Architecture
- API & Integration Architecture
- Cloud Architecture
- Infrastructure Architecture
- Security Architecture
- Experience designing:
- Enterprise Architecture Governance
- Technology Roadmaps
- Architectural Standards
- Experience with technology evaluation, strategic IT planning, and vendor selection (RFI/RFP).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with both technical and business audiences.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, FEAF, or equivalent.
- Professional proficiency in English and Polish (C1 level).
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
- Experience working within highly regulated industries.
- Knowledge of modern cloud-native technologies and hybrid IT environments
