Enterprise Client Manager
Reports To: VP of Sales, Enterprise Clients

Position Summary
The Enterprise Client Manager (ECM) is responsible for driving retention, growth, and customer satisfaction within Pregis’ strategic Enterprise accounts. Serving as the primary day-to-day commercial contact, the ECM develops trusted customer relationships, identifies opportunities to expand business, and ensures successful execution of customer programs across the Pregis portfolio.

This role partners closely with Sales, Engineering, Client Advocates, Operations, and Distribution partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience, support customer growth objectives, and maximize adoption of Pregis solutions. The ECM leads key account activities including onboarding, opportunity identification, quarterly business reviews, contract renewals, demand planning, and implementation of One Pregis cross-selling initiatives.

Success in this role is measured by customer retention, revenue growth, expansion of existing accounts, and overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed revenue, retention, and growth objectives for assigned Enterprise accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple levels within customer organizations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for ongoing customer needs, ensuring a proactive and responsive customer experience.
Identify opportunities to expand Pregis solutions within existing customer locations and across new sites.
Lead customer onboarding, implementation planning, training coordination, and launch activities.
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and provide insights on program performance, adoption, and improvement opportunities.
Coordinate product trials, customer evaluations, and implementation activities to support business growth.
Monitor customer satisfaction, competitive activity, and business trends to proactively address risks and opportunities.
Partner with Client Advocates, Field Service, Engineering, and Distribution partners to ensure seamless customer support and service execution.
Develop and maintain strategic account plans, customer profiles, and opportunity pipelines.
Support contract negotiations, renewals, and long-term customer growth strategies.
Maintain clear communication and collaboration across the Pregis commercial organization to maximize account success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, sales, or business development within a solutions-based environment.
Proven success managing complex, multi-location customer relationships and driving account growth.
Strong business acumen and ability to identify opportunities that create value for both customers and Pregis.
Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Experience working through distribution channels and managing strategic customer partnerships preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; CRM and ERP experience preferred.
Ability to travel regularly to support customer and business needs.

Compensation
The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Pregis’ total compensation package. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $115,000 to $155,000, depending on experience and skills.
