Payactiv is seeking an Enterprise Client Onboarding Specialist based in our Milpitas CA office, who is passionate about creating user-centric fintech solutions that empower businesses and workers alike. This role requires a strategic thinker and customer advocate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a deep understanding of financial products, and a relentless focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.

What you will do…
· Able to communicate effectively: escalation concerns, client concerns, launch concerns.
· Ensure activation records are maintained, clearly noted, and up to date on Salesforce for other departments to reference and leverage.
· Monitor and adjust performance based on individual KPIs (launch errors, launch time, DC, pilot duration, launch ownership, etc).
· Launching clients with maximum eligibility to capture maximum enrollments. No delays from the target go live date.
· Work cross-functionally with teams to achieve quarterly business objectives or to work on new ideas.
· Able to creatively and critically think about client issues and provide solutions
· Build a customer service oriented culture - be eager to help the client launch Payactiv services successfully.
· Demonstrate job knowledge for all products and services
· Bring new ideas, initiatives and improvements to the table that will contribute to the activation team or company KPIs.
· Ability to assist team members and internal teams with escalations/etc.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients throughout the onboarding and activation process.
· Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and target launch dates are achieved.
· Lead onboarding, implementation, and activation meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
· Develop and maintain detailed activation plans, project timelines, and implementation documentation.
· Ensure clients are launched with maximum eligibility to support optimal enrollment and adoption outcomes.
· Monitor client readiness and ensure all required documentation, configurations, integrations, and approvals are completed prior to launch.
· Conduct post-launch reviews to evaluate implementation success and identify opportunities for improvement.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the activation process.
· Effectively communicate launch status, project updates, risks, and timelines to clients and internal stakeholders.
· Address client concerns and escalations promptly while identifying and implementing appropriate solutions.
· Demonstrate professionalism, responsiveness, and a customer-first mindset in all client interactions.
· Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Operations, Payroll, Benefits, Compliance, Technical, and other internal teams to ensure successful client launches.
· Coordinate cross-functional activities required to achieve implementation milestones and business objectives.
· Proactively identify project risks, delays, or obstacles and escalate issues when necessary.
· Support strategic initiatives, process enhancements, and department objectives as assigned.
· Ensure activation records, project notes, and client documentation are accurately maintained and updated in Salesforce and other systems.
· Monitor and manage performance against established KPIs, including launch accuracy, implementation timelines, enrollment outcomes, pilot performance, and client satisfaction.
· Analyze activation results and identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiencies, and client outcomes.
· Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed regarding company products, services, and implementation processes.
· Contribute ideas and recommendations that support continuous improvement and organizational goals.
· Assist team members and internal partners with escalations, implementation challenges, and problem resolution.
· Share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned to support team development and operational consistency.
· Demonstrate accountability, ownership, and a collaborative approach to achieving team and company objectives.

What you need…
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Operations, Marketing, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, customer success, project coordination, account management, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, implementations, or client relationships simultaneously.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, payroll, HR technology, SaaS, or related industries preferred.
