Role Overview

The Enterprise Consulting Manager will lead the Enterprise Implementations service line within Professional Services, owning the successful delivery of nShift’s most complex customer deployments across TransSmart, TMS and Ship. This role is responsible for building a consistent, scalable delivery approach for complex, multi-market rollouts and advanced integrations, while developing a high-performing consulting team with deep BCP and Experience Suite expertise.

The successful candidate will combine SaaS professional services leadership, strong commercial ownership and practical delivery governance. They will join a Professional Services leadership team that has delivered a two-year Digital Transformation and is now moving into AI-enabled delivery.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the Enterprise Implementation team for TransSmart, TMS and Ship, driving a consistent methodology across all enterprise deployments.

· Own the delivery quality, governance and commercial performance of the Enterprise Implementations service line.

· Oversee a portfolio of concurrent complex projects, ensuring effective stage-gates, risk management, escalation and customer communication.

· Design and embed scalable delivery practices for multi-market rollouts, advanced integrations, carrier configuration and regional shipping requirements.

· Forecast and allocate consulting capacity against pipeline demand, identifying skills gaps and addressing them through hiring, cross-training or partner support.

· Own services revenue performance for the service line, including forecast accuracy, backlog burn and in-period revenue recognition.

· Set and achieve utilisation and margin targets, protecting project gross margin through rate realisation, effort control and disciplined delivery management.

· Reduce time to value by using templated scopes, reusable assets, delivery accelerators and earlier customer enablement.

· Coach, develop and grow a team of senior consultants, building capability across BCP, Experience Suite and enterprise implementation practices.

· Partner closely with PMO, Training Services, Advisory Services, Sales, Customer Success and Product teams to ensure joined-up customer outcomes.

· Lead and role-model the shift from digital transformation into AI-enabled delivery, identifying opportunities to improve quality, speed and scalability.

Experience and Skills
Essential

· Proven leadership experience in SaaS Professional Services, consulting, implementation or delivery management.

· Strong track record of owning services revenue, utilisation, margin and delivery performance.

· Experience leading teams that deliver complex customer implementations, ideally across multiple markets, regions or product lines.

· Strong project governance capability, including methodology, stage-gates, risk management, escalation management and portfolio oversight.

· Commercially minded, with experience forecasting pipeline, managing backlog, protecting margin and balancing customer outcomes with business performance.

· Strong capacity planning and resource management skills, including hiring, skills planning, cross-training and partner utilisation.

· Ability to build scalable systems, repeatable delivery practices and reusable accelerators rather than relying on one-off project execution.

· Customer-first mindset with the credibility to engage senior stakeholders and navigate complex delivery challenges.

· Strong people leadership skills, with a focus on coaching, performance, capability building and change leadership.

Desirable

· Experience in logistics, supply chain, shipping, carrier management or TMS environments.

· Experience delivering multi-market European rollouts or enterprise-scale SaaS deployments.

· Familiarity with Professional Services automation or portfolio tooling, especially Wrike.

· Understanding of integration architecture, carrier configuration, shipping rules or platform configuration.

· Experience leading service transformation, digital transformation or AI-enabled delivery improvement initiatives.
