Enterprise Data Specialist
Summary
Maintains and validates customer, finance, and material master data in SAP systems to support reporting and business processes for an airline group.

Purpose of the role
Role for temporary contract for 18 monthsDay to day Master Data Management Processes (Customer & Finance Master Data, Material management)
Validate data, ensure accuracy, timeliness and completeness of data for management reporting and
planning, budgeting and forecasting purposes across IAG.
Assistance to Enterprise Data Specialist, Enterprise Data Team Lead and Manager.
Process requests from Guided Buying in SLP (SAP Ariba), SAP MDG and S4Hana in accordance with Master Data policy and procedures
Execute changes to SAP master data (e.g. GL accounts, bank, customer, materials, etc.) as approved by the business
Responsibilities
- Process requests from Guided Buying in SLP, MDG and S4Hana in accordance with Master Data policy and procedure
- Execute changes to SAP master data (e.g. GL accounts, bank, customer, vendor, materials, etc.) as approved by the business
- Resolve data-collecting issues and queries related to Master Data
- Prepare KPIs and monitor SLAs
- Continuously implement improvements
- Create and Maintain Procedures, Process Maps and Manuals
Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Process requests from Guided Buying in SLP, MDG and S4Hana in accordance with Master Data policy and procedure
