Role Overview
  • This role is a key leadership position responsible for establishing and leading enterprise planning, governance, and enablement capability across our clients growing organisation.
The Enterprise Enablement Manager (EEM) will design and embed strategy-to-execution disciplines, enabling the organisation to effectively prioritise, plan and deliver strategic outcomes.

Key Accountabilities of the role
- Enterprise planning & prioritisation across the organisation
- Design and embed planning frameworks and governance rhythms
- Lead strategy-to-execution alignment and execution discipline
- Establish enterprise-wide change capability and business improvement practices.
- Provide governance on initiative intake, prioritisation and delivery sequencing
- Work closely with the PMO in ensuring goals and strategies are delivered upon.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in establishing or maturing enterprise-level functions or capabilities
- Strong enterprise planning, governance and prioritisation experience
- Demonstrated ability to influence Senior Leaders and ELT.
- Experience in designing operating models and enterprise frameworks
- Background in transformation, strategy execution or business improvement
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and building capability from the ground up

Critical Experience Required
- End-to-end enterprise planning and functional planning cycles
- Capacity modelling and scenario planning
- Design and implementation of enterprise change frameworks
- Integration of planning with financial governance
- Experience working directly with and influencing ELT
- Establishing and embedding enterprise methodologies
- Establishing a framework/approach/methodology/process to guide and govern strategic investment decisions
